FSA suspends sampling of Campylobacter from retail chicken in UK

In the past, FSA has tested the neck skin of retail chicken for the presence of Campylobacter as this has historically been the most contaminated area. However, many processors are removing the neck skin making it more difficult for the FSA to uniformly test all retailers.
